Vocational Evaluation is an in depth analysis of a person's work experience, education level and possible job opportunities.  This aids in predictions regarding return to work, salary ranges and earning potential. Vocational Evaluation is done for the following reasons:

• For an injured worker to assess the ability to return to the same job, same employer. If the worker is unable to accomplish this, other jobs or employment opportunities are reviewed.
• For a personal injury case to predict employment potential and salary ranges.
• In the case of divorce to predict the spouse's ability to obtain employment and the predicted salary ranges.
