This is management of disability whether it is work related or non-work related. The RN case manager manages from the day of referral and is able to coordinate benefits and assist in return to work. Integrated disability may also include FMLA management.

MMD utilizes both RN and vocational case managers. This blend of specialists provides you the best in expertise for each claim. In addition, there are weekly meetings of all experts to discuss your claims and provide all options in management. Then, we can coordinate all of your case management of work and non-work related injuries and your return to work programs thus streamlining your employee benefits programs and reduce your costs.

We will:

• Contact the worker within 24 hours of referral
• See the worker within 7 days of receipt of referral
• Provide weekly updates about your claims
• Send a monthly, understandable report giving an estimate return to work date
