Q:  You have information that needs to be presented to the injured worker's provider.  How do you ensure confidentiality and a prompt response?

A:  Call MMD Consulting, Inc.!  Our case managers will hand deliver this information and wait, if necessary, while the provider responses.  We will then hand deliver this information to you, if requested.
